Cancellation Policy


Cancellation by Zeviox:

While in the process, we try to ship every order that has been successfully placed with, there are some situation under which we have to cancel order placed by the customer. Some of the situation under which product can be cancelled are:

  • If ordered product is not available with our merchant or out of stock.
  • Restriction on quantity or order as per condition.
  • Error in product or pricing or promotion information.
  • Some sort of problem identified by our Credit and Fraud avoidance department.
  • Inaccurate or improper shipping address given by customer.
  • Non-Serviceable location.

At an event like this we may need additional verification before accepting any order and do further processing. We will contact you and ask all your details.

Cancellation by the Customer:

If we receive any request the cancellation of placed order from your side within 24-Hrs of placing the order and same order has not been processed by us. We will be happier to cancel your order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel that order that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Return Policy:

At Zeviox, we work by believing that customer satisfaction is key. Thus we stand behind the all product purchased at out site. If you receive a product which is not as per the requirement ordered by you, then you need not to be worry. Here we offer 10 days return guarantee for all such items like:

  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Color
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Defective or Damaged
  • Significantly different product as per the description given by the merchant.

Note that the amount will be refunded within 3 - 4 working days.
